Size the canvas to the longest phrase
Rotating roles are different lengths. Build the canvas around the longest one so the type never reflows or shrinks mid-loop, then check that the shortest phrase does not look lost in all the space that choice created.

Readers need roughly a beat per short phrase. A loop that types a phrase and immediately deletes it gives them no chance to finish reading, so add a hold that scales with how long the phrase is.
Repeat the text on the page
The header animation is decoration. Put the same roles in the page body as real text so they exist for search engines, for screen readers, and for anyone who wants to copy them into an email.
